A Registered Nurse with NHS and private sector experience, Martha brings a powerful mix of clinical knowledge and business leadership to Lifespan Care. She has built a multi branch domiciliary care business, launched a health and social care recruitment agency, and currently runs a residential childcare facility. Martha offers hands-on support to franchisees, sharing practical insight on care delivery, team building, and business growth. Passionate about mentoring others, she’s committed to helping franchisees build successful, high-quality care services.

Compliance and Regulation Director
Compliance and Regulation Director Adesina serves as our dedicated Compliance and Regulation Director, playing a vital role in ensuring all Lifespan Care services meet and maintain the highest standards set by CQC and Ofsted across both homecare and residential childcare. He supports new franchisees through the registration process, helping them navigate regulatory requirements efficiently. Adesina also works closely with local care commissioning teams to help franchisees secure service user referrals quickly, laying a strong foundation for early success and sustainable growth.
